Write For The Crown

Write For The Crown Poetry Slam Series is a four-part competitive poetry experience bringing together some of the most powerful voices in spoken word. Poets from across regions will compete in three qualifying slams for a chance to advance to the championship finale at the end of the year, where one performer will be crowned the 2026 winner and take home the $5,000 grand prize. Designed to showcase high-level storytelling and performance, this series creates a platform for both emerging and established poets to share their work in front of live audiences, respected judges, and a growing creative community. Through this series, we aim to elevate spoken word culture while providing meaningful opportunities for artists to perform, connect, and be recognized on a major stage. Applications open 3/20/2026.
